What tools and software do you carry?

Cummins INSITE, Detroit DiagnosticLink, PACCAR DAVIE 4/5, Volvo PTT/VTT, International ServiceMaxx, Cat ET, Allison DOC — plus aftermarket platforms Jaltest CV, Noregon JPRO, TEXA IDC5/IDC6 Truck, Autel MaxiSys CV, FCAR, and the Nexiq USB-Link family. We also carry Toughbooks, rugged laptops, datalink adapters, and every cable type you'll see in a heavy-duty bay.

How do I know what fits my shop?

Will one tool cover everything?

No. That tool does not exist in 2026 and hasn't for fifteen years. The right answer for most independent shops is one strong aftermarket platform plus one or two OEM stacks for the engines they see most.

Are your kits ready out of the box?

Configured kits are pre-installed, licensed, and bench-tested before they ship. Plug in the adapter, connect to the truck, and you're running. Software-only orders require you to install on your own laptop.

Software & Activation

Are software licenses transferable?

Most OEM software licenses are locked to the laptop they activate on (motherboard fingerprint). Aftermarket platforms vary — Jaltest, JPRO, and TEXA each have their own activation rules. We'll explain the rules for whatever you're considering before you order.

What happens when my subscription expires?

Most OEM and aftermarket software stops receiving updates but continues to function on the existing database. To get late-model coverage and bug fixes, you renew the subscription.

Can you help with activation?

Yes — every order includes free phone support for installation, activation, RP1210 driver setup, and the first regen. Same line, same techs.

Shipping & Returns

How fast do you ship?

Most orders ship same business day if placed before 2 p.m. CT. Configured laptop kits add 1–3 business days for installation and bench testing. Free ground shipping on orders over $99 in the continental US.

What's your return policy?

Unopened hardware: 30 days, full refund. Opened hardware: 30 days, 15% restocking. Activated software licenses: non-refundable once activated. See the full return policy for details.

What if a tool arrives damaged?

Take photos, call us immediately. We work with the carrier to file the claim and ship a replacement.

Warranty & Support

What warranty do tools come with?

Every kit ships with the original manufacturer's warranty (1–3 years depending on the product). We coordinate the warranty claim directly with the manufacturer if anything fails.

Do you charge for tech support?

No. Pre-sale advice and after-sale setup help are free. We invest the time so you buy the right tool the first time.

How fast do you respond?

Phone calls are usually answered in under 30 seconds during business hours. Email and form messages get a same-day reply Mon–Fri.

Pricing & Financing

Do you offer financing?

Yes. 0% APR financing on qualifying orders over $1,500. Standard installment financing 12–60 months. Equipment leasing with Section 179 tax benefits. See the financing page.

Do you offer fleet pricing?

Yes. Multi-bay configurations, fleet maintenance contracts, and bundled OEM stacks are quoted on request. Call with your fleet size and engine mix.

Why is OEM software so expensive?

You're paying for the same software the dealer technician uses, with full reflash and parameter access plus regular database updates from the manufacturer. The price reflects what it actually does — not what aftermarket platforms charge.
