Remote maintenance & fleet management

TEXA eTRUCK & Road Triage.

A small dongle that lives in the truck's diagnostic port permanently. Force DPF regens, monitor vehicle health, manage fleet maintenance — all without the truck having to come in. For a fleet running multiple units across multiple states, eTRUCK changes the cost equation.

Constant system monitoring — reduce down time.

eTRUCK installs in the vehicle's diagnostic port and acts as a permanent remote connection between technician and vehicle. The eTRUCK app (Android & iOS) and a web management portal give drivers, shop techs, and fleet managers their own view of every connected unit.

Three roles, three views

Truck Driver Use

The driver-facing app gives the operator visibility into vehicle health and lets them communicate condition back to the shop without a phone call.

  • Real-time data information
  • Monitor driving style
  • Schedule maintenance operation
  • Remote vehicle diagnosis

Shop Technician Use

The shop view lets a tech read codes, run live data, trigger a forced regen, and document the work without the truck pulling into the bay.

  • Monitor vehicle status remotely
  • Perform remote vehicle diagnosis
  • Share a calendar of appointments
  • Manage customer fleet organization
  • Create detailed customer profile library

Fleet Manager Use

The management portal aggregates every connected unit into a single dashboard for proactive maintenance and uptime tracking.

  • Remotely monitor fleet status
  • Minimize downtime / increase efficiency
  • Organize vehicle maintenance history
  • Monitor driver style & safety for rewards
  • Create detailed customer profile library

The cost equation

For a fleet running ten trucks across three states, a single emergency forced regen call-out can cost more than a year of eTRUCK service across the entire fleet. The combination of always-on monitoring plus remote regen capability is what changes the math — instead of dispatching a mobile tech every time a DPF light comes on, the shop solves it from the desk.

For an independent HD shop serving multiple fleet customers, eTRUCK is also a customer-retention tool: once you have a customer's units on the platform, the maintenance workflow is sticky — you have history, you have the relationship, and you have the next service appointment already on the calendar.

Road Triage

Road Triage is TEXA's partner service that handles roadside diagnostic events. When an eTRUCK-equipped vehicle flags a fault on the road, Road Triage can dispatch the right repair partner or guide the driver through a workaround — minimizing the chance of an unscheduled tow or a multi-day downtime event.

API and Customization

For shops with existing fleet-management software: TEXA exposes a Shop Diagnostics API and a Fleet Maintenance API. The "no additional customization" path connects TEXA's portal directly to your platform. The "TEXA supported customization" path lets TEXA build a custom data-flow path for your specific portal needs.

For shops with developer resources: a Customer SDK is available for fully custom interface work — pull diagnostic data and fleet status into your own branded portal.

Compatibility

eTRUCK is compatible with HD trucks and off-highway equipment that expose a standard diagnostic port. The eTRUCK app runs on Android and iOS. The web portal works in any modern browser. Confirm specific vehicle compatibility when you call — we will check the make, model, and year against TEXA's current supported list.

Spec an eTRUCK fleet rollout

Tell us your fleet size, the makes and model years you run, and whether you need standalone eTRUCK service or integration with an existing fleet portal — we will scope a rollout and quote it in writing.
