Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date the item(s) are received. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as received. Licensed software is not eligible for returns or exchanges (no exceptions). The buyer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs and must provide proof of delivery. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within thirty (30) days of receiving the returned item(s).
